Payment Gateway
MyClassboard offers payment gateway integration that facilitates electronic transactions between schools and various banks across the country. We are integrated with Atom payment gateway India, Paytm, ICICI and HDFC for digital payment of fee using different options like payment through Debit Card, Credit Card and Internet Banking.
Integrated SMS
Send automated Due SMS to the registered mobile phone numbers of the parents about the due date and post due date. A Fee Payment SMS can be sent intimating the parent regarding the amount paid and date of payment. For parents who are wishing to pay a fee via cheques, an automatic SMS can be sent if the cheque gets bounced for any reason.
Fee Concessions
All fee-related discounts and concessions like staff concessions or student concessions are automatically calculated and allocated by the Fee Collection Tool. The penalty automation feature allocates a fee penalty post due date by default. Rather than calculating the fine manually, the system automatically calculates the fine and shows it to the user.
Expense Management
The Fee Collection software easily manages and keeps track of all other financial transactions related to the institution like Transport Expenses, Petty Cash, etc. Financial budgeting for your entire institution can be done with relative ease.
